What type of photography do you offer?

My focus (get it?) is mainly on pet and people portraits fine tuned to my client's vision mixed perfectly together with my talents and aesthetics.

Do you have a studio?

Yes! I have a comfy home studio and can also pack up and come to you! Whatever works best for what you want to achieve is what we will do. I find that most dogs do best either at your home or a favorite park where they are comfortable and familiar with the surroundings. However, there are always exceptions, and we can talk about that. Cats most definitely do best in their own home. And horses. Definitely horses. My studio wouldn't work for horses. Too many stairs.

Prices?

The cost for me to either take your photos in my studio is $125 or on location $150.
(additional charges may apply depending on distance. I prefer to stay close to the Syracuse area)
Prints/Wall Art are priced separately. My main goal is to have your beautiful images lovingly displayed on your walls. I wouldn't be the most cost effective choice if all you really want are some small prints. My wall art pieces start at $195.

Can I get the digital files?

Yes. A web sized, watermarked file for online social sharing will be provided for every image you purchase as a print. Full size digital files are available to purchase, but they are priced accordingly since you'll then have the ability to print as many, in any form and in any size anywhere you choose. A small print is included with every file just so you know what it should look like when printed by a quality lab, and too many times, sadly, when the digital files are purchased, they never make it to print. Good intentions are always there, but too often don't happen. That is just criminal to spend the time and money for beautiful photos and keep them imprisoned on a drive of some kind, that will be useless before you know it, with your priceless images lost forever. (I'll only keep them for a year or two. Have to clean house on occasion, plus there's a expiration date to me, too!) But, if you buy a high resolution digital file, you'll have at least one print to have forever.

Any tips on what to wear for our session?

We'll go over all of this at our pre-session consult.  Here's a link to my Pinterest page to give you some ideas.

Do you have any degrees or certificates for photography?

No, I do not,  but I have taken several online classes and workshops, have had memberships in photography groups and continue to spend countless hours learning on my own. I have had some images in local magazines and have won various online contests. I feel my work shows that I know what I'm doing. Don't you agree?

Why should I hire you? What makes you so special compared to all the others out there?

You should not hire me unless you want impeccable service, amazing images and a really fun and low stress session. I will be with you every step of the way to make sure you have the best experience possible. I don't run an assembly line photo studio. I am fully dedicated to every client and take on a limited number of sessions so I can devote the necessary time each one deserves.  Quality over quantity is my motto. You will get what you pay for, and you will love it.
What makes me special is I am an artist as well as a photographer. What I do goes way beyond clicking a button. Anyone can do that. I painstakingly go over every image. I sometimes annoy myself with how obsessed I can be about my work.
